Private or public, the starting point is always belief — in the business, its fundamentals, its trajectory. Where that belief is absent, we pass. Where it holds, we commit firmly. Regardless of cycles.

We strive to identify opportunity before it becomes consensus. That requires depth — in perspective, in analysis, in conviction. And the resourcefulness to see it through. We don’t always get there. But that is always what we are reaching for.

The relationships we build are honest and meant to last. We are loyal to who we work with, and aligned with their outcomes. We don’t work with many, and that is by design.
